Essential Oils...
Essential oils provide a natural solution for the treatment
of numerous odors. Essentail oils are liquids extracted from
plant material by pressing, solvent extraction, or steam distillation.
These organic naturally-occurring essential oils are extracted
from the seeds, bark, roots, leaves, flowers, wood, balsam,
resin, and fruit of plants. The oils are then redistilled
or rectified to remove any unwanted materials. Essential oils
easily evaporate infusing the air without leaving an oily
residue behind. They are extremely complex organic compounds
consisting of hundreds of components and trace elements.
Trace Elements...
Essential oils contain many constituents. The predominant
components are terpenes and esters, but a large number of
trace elements are also present. It is these trace elements
that give the essential oil its character and enhance its
ability to blend with the other oils. The orange peel oil
in Eváne|Scent™ for example,
contains over 200 trace elements at concentrations of less
than one percent. As in all natural oils, trace elements provide
the delicate, extremely complex nuances that provide the unique
odor neutralizing quality. The synergistic effect of trace
elements enhance the blending and performance of the odor
neutralizing product. The blended product actually becomes
greater in effectiveness than the oils individually.
Direct Vaporization...
Direct vaporization provides odor control with no water involvement.
Diffused air nozzles supply the odor neutralizing vapor of
Eváne|Scent™. The process is
recommended in conditions of extreme cold where freezing can
be a problem and/or if an odor neutralizing solution without
water is preferred. The process is ideal for all interior
locations where a water based aerosol would create humidity,
wet floors, or overspray problems. The direct vaporization
process uses the heat of the regenerative blower to evaporate
the essential oils, creating an odor neutralizing vapor. The
odor neutralizing vapor is infused into the supply air in
a specially designed direct vaporization chamber. This waterless
odor neutralizing vapor is distributed over the odor producing
area with fogging nozzles.
Environmentally Safe...
Eváne|Scent™ is a safe, concentrated
blend of pure biodegradable organic essential oils and trace
elements. It contains no water, surfactants, petroleum distillates,
alkalies, or chlorinated solvents and is non-toxic and non-hazardous.
Eváne|Scent™ contains no hazardous
air pollutants as promulgated under Clean Air Act 40 CFR part
63, sub part C. Eváne|Scent™ is accepted
by the USDA for use in edible product processing
areas, non-processing areas, and/or exterior areas of official
establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry,
shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs.
