Hummix™ Acoustic Mixer

Hummix™ Acoustic Mixer
Hummix™ Acoustic Mixers represent the "state-of-the-art" for all liquid / liquid and liquid / gas mixing applications. Acoustic mixing provides consistent, completely uniform output with a single pass.

How it works...
The heart of the system is the Hummix™ in-line acoustic vibrating reed mixer. The system requires no electro-mechanical mixing equipment or motor driven propellor. The energy of the flowing liquid causes cavitation of the in-line reed to vibrate 500 times a second. The vigorous mixing delivers a completely homogenous solution.

Cost Effective...
Hinsilblon's Hummix™ system requires less equipment and therefore less capital expenditure. There are no variable speed motors, transfer tanks, pumps, seals, bearings, propellors or large activation chambers required to purchase. The additive is pumped directly into the water pipe and the in-line Hummix™ mixer completely blends the two together.

Applications...
Mixers from 1/4 gallon per minute to one million gallons per day.
