Operating Manual
Hinsilblon has developed the only true "vapor phase" odor
control system. The patented direct vaporization delivery equipment
and the odor control liquid products provide a complete vapor phase
odor control system.
1. How it works
• Direct Vaporization...
Direct vaporization provides odor control without water. The direct
vaporization process uses the heat of the regenerative blower to evaporate
the odor control product, creating an odor control vapor. The odor control
vapor is infused into the supply air in a specially designed direct
vaporization chamber. This waterless odor control vapor is distributed
around the perimeter of the odor source through a perforated air hose.
There is no visible plum or mist from the hose.
2. Environmentally Safe
• The odor control product is a safe blend of natural ingredients,
essential oils and trace elements. The product does not contain any
water, surfactants, petroleum distillates, alkalis, or chlorinated solvents,
and is non-toxic and non-hazardous. The liquid product contains no hazardous
air pollutants as promulgated under the Clean Air Act 40 CFR part 63,
sub part C. The liquid product is acceptable by the USDA for use in
inedible product processing areas, non-processing areas, and/or exterior
areas of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry,
shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs. Refer to MSDS
for handling, storage, first aid, etc.
3. System General Arrangement
• The system includes four components
A. Electrical Control Panel
B. Regenerative Blower
C. Evaporator
D. Distribution Hose
4. Evaporator
A. General
The evaporator is manufactured from aluminum. The valve and piping are
schedule 80 black polypropylene.
