Warranty

Hinsilblon Ltd. warrants the equipment to be free of defects in workmanship or material. Liability under this policy extends for 12 months from date of purchase. Hinsilblon Ltd.'s liability is limited to repair or replacement of any device or part which has been proven defective.

Hinsilblon Ltd. disclaims all liability for damage to its products through improper installation, maintenance, use or attempts to operate such products beyond their functional capacity, intentionally or otherwise, or any unauthorized repair, chemical(s), or odor control product. Air filters and consumable items are not covered by this warranty, either expressed or implied. Hinsilblon Ltd. is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages, injuries or expenses incurred through the use of its products.

No other warranty, expressed or implied, is authorized by any of our representatives, agents, or any other parties.

Only Hinsilblon odor control products are authorized for use in Hinsilblon Ltd. systems. The use of any other products voids the warranty.

This guarantee applies to equipment manufactured by Hinsilblon Ltd. and continually maintained with a service package. The manufacturers warranty on pumps and blowers will apply.

The round trip frieght to return equipment for warranty repairs is the responsibility of the user.

The warranty does not include field labor, travel expenses, or electrical disconnection / reconnection.
